About the project
The spot 'Discover Beauty' is a love story told through a journey and the discovery of places that lead to the other person. The protagonist travels through the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship, following clues left by a girl. Each riddle leads him to another location and at the same time reveals a new visual face of the region. The narrative is based on movement and the road, from shots from a speeding car to quieter, contemplative moments. All maintained in a Wes Anderson cinema-inspired aesthetic, with attention to composition, colour and frame symmetry. We shot in 3 days, working in many outdoor locations and subordinating the production to the rhythm of the protagonist's journey. Karolina Fronik was responsible for directing and Kacper Zięba for cinematography. It is a visual story in which emotion leads through space, showing the region as a place discovered with history.
