Mikołaj Sadowski
He has an excellent eye for casting; his films are filled with intriguing characters and often feature intelligent humor.
He delights in playing with light and color. Through striking compositions and thoughtful camerawork, each advertisement becomes a small visual spectacle. Mikołaj delved into the world of advertising for over 20 years as the creative director at the advertising agency 180heartbeats + JUNG v MATT. During this time, he created campaigns that garnered the most prestigious awards in the advertising world: Cannes Lions, D&AD, OneShow, Andy, and Clio.

Mikołaj Piszczan
Mikołaj Piszczan is a fifth-year student of Directing at the Film School in Lodz. He is also a graduate of Film and TV Production at the University of Silesia in Katowice (WRiTV).
He is a creator of both narrative and documentary short films, which have been presented and awarded at over 40 film festivals, both in Poland and abroad, spanning across 5 continents. Mikołaj is actively involved in directing social campaigns, commercials and music videos.

Karolina Fronik
Karolina Fronik is a director, a graduate of the Film School in Łódź, and currently a student at the Gdynia Film School.
She has gained experience working on both narrative and documentary films. Currently, she is focusing on creating commercials and music videos. She is particularly interested in conveying socially engaged content through film and social media.

Mayo Kucharski
Comes from the Kujawy region, a graduate from the University of Art and Design in Lodz, specializing in Film and Photography with a focus on Directing.
Mayo Kucharski is a screenwriter and director of independent short films as well as over 200 commercials. He has been widely acclaimed and has received numerous awards. He was the recipient of “The One Minutes” festival for his one-minute short film “Red Line” and won the Grand Prix at the international “FilmAT” festival for his advertisement “Baczyński ma się dobrze”.

Martinez Swystun
Martinez is a visionary director known for his creative approach to commercials, branded content, and documentaries.
Martinez focuses on utilizing new production techniques, such as integrating artificial intelligence and virtual production into storytelling, elevating traditional narratives into immersive experiences. Notable examples include a T-Mobile campaign created using AI image generation technology and the teaser for the film “1939.COM,” entirely based on AI.
